WISDOM

There are those who are smart

In a scholarly sense,

So clever and worldly

To make others feel dense.

 

Some folks are wise

In ways you can’t teach,

And some of a mind

You never can reach.

 

There’s a mountain of difference

Between wise and smart.

Smart comes from the brain,

Wise lives in the heart.
